In addition to being the spokesperson for National Fishing Week, he has held this privileged role with our show for over three decades.

Mario Huot, this likeable and charismatic Beauceron is a world-class professional hunter, one of the few Quebecers to have hunted on 5 continents.

With many strings to his bow, he is a hunter, guide, lecturer, founder of Aventures Chasse Pêche magazine, columnist for Sentier Chasse Pêche magazine, cameraman and film producer. In 2014, Mario was appointed hunting expert for the Government of Quebec in Federal Court.

He is the main host of the TV series Aventures Express.TV, influencer and hunting and fishing consultant for Aventuresexpress.com. The last of the Mohicans is well acquainted with hunting territories from Africa to Asia, Europe and Oceania, not to mention the Americas.

Dan Lavoie (Dany Lavoie). 47 years old, from Sagard on the borders of the Lower Saguenay and Charlevoix regions. A moose hunter since 1996 and hunting guide since 2008, it wasn't until 2017 that Dan joined TFCP - Bête de Chasse as co-owner! He can also be seen on RDS's Bête de chasse. Former columnist for Sentiers chasse et pêche magazine from 2019 to 2022. Dan travels across Quebec to share his passion with anyone who wants to learn! A seasoned cameraman and true hunting and fishing enthusiast, Kenny Byrns has over 18 years of experience to share. He has been co-hosting Chasse Pêche TV for the past 10 years alongside his father Norman Byrns. He is also a proud collaborator in the production of Bête de chasse et de la Tournée de Films Chasse Pêche.
Entrepreneur, videographer and outdoor enthusiast Fred Campbell is also the founder of Hooké, a Canadian brand of sustainable and eco-responsible outdoor clothing, which has led him to travel the world to meet inspiring people who share a common passion for fly fishing and hunting.
Nicholas Geoffrion is an accomplished competitive angler. In 2021, he finished 2nd best team of the year in the ultimate Bass series; in 2023, he won the title of best team of the year with 2 wins during the season: and in 2024, he made 3 top 10s in 3 tournaments.

For several years now, he has also been a humorist in the fishing industry. He has appeared on stage and on TV shows such as OD, 5 gars pour moi and Quel Talent. His Mario pêche persona is unique and emblematic of Quebec hunting and fishing.

Marie Line Tremblay is president and founder of Poule des Bois inc. an innovative brand dedicated to women who practice outdoor sports, hunting and fishing. Thanks to her vision and leadership, Marie Line has created a brand that offers quality body products made in Quebec, as well as clothing and accessories specially adapted to the needs of women active in these fields.
Stéphane Belley is a moose hunting guide renowned in Quebec for his modern, innovative techniques. A passionate author and lecturer, he is an advocate of progressive hunting, a method that maximizes the chances of success while respecting wildlife. With years of experience in the field, he shares his knowledge and advice through his conferences, publications and online platforms. Stéphane specializes in scent control and strategic approaches, transforming the way hunters approach their passion.
A bowhunter with a degree in film production from Concordia University, Johnny Ricard is a true enthusiast. He leaves nothing to chance when it comes to hunting: for him, every detail counts. He spends an enormous amount of time in the field, both in Canada and the United States. He films each of his hunting outings, often self-filming, to share on his YouTube channel. In January 2022, he launched his company HUNT NORTH, whose mission is to develop high-quality hunting accessories.
Pierre Roy hunts with bows and crossbows for the extra challenge they bring. His involvement as a hunter, trainer and lecturer has enabled him to become a Prostaff for the Excalibur company, a world leader in this field. He even taught the Ministry of Wildlife's *Initiation to Bow & Crossbow Hunting * course, via the former PESCOF program, for nearly 15 years. He is passionate about hunting and fishing, and with L'Appel du Roy, he shares that passion.
Sylvain St.Louis is recognized as one of the leading instructors in the field of forest orienteering. He has taught officers in the Canadian Armed Forces, and since 1978 has taught hunters, anglers, hikers and navigators everywhere.

He excels in the art of teaching and in developing training programs designed to maximize the quality of campaign exercises.

Marie-Andrée , Animal health technician for over 20 years in an emergency center and ... hunter and trapper! Mother of two little girls aged 8 and 10, who accompanies us on almost all our adventures 🙂 I hunt deer, moose, bear and turkey, as well as small game. We also have a trapping territory.
Au Pas De Tir is a French-language podcast dedicated to informing, educating and promoting hunting, shooting sports and firearms collecting. In addition, our mission is to inform gun owners of all developments concerning the ever-changing gun laws in our country.
